Global Equity Policy

Our Global Equity Policy highlights our philosophy and policy for equity at Zendesk. It is our northstar vision and a statement of our collective responsibility to ensure we keep Zendesk a fair and equitable workplace for everyone. 

• It is everyone’s responsibility to live Zendesk’s values on inclusion & equity, and we expect our people managers and business leaders to lead by example.
• This policy was authored by the People and Places team with feedback and input from Legal, Creative and our global EC leaders.
• This is a living policy and we look forward to expanding and updating this document as our philosophy, processes and resources continue to evolve and grow over time.  The policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it stays relevant and is a viable resource to our employees.
